Weyba Downs is this cool spot. It’s kinda in the country, kinda not, sitting right on Lake Weyba. It’s quiet and chill out there, but you can still get to Noosaville in a few minutes. You’ve got Noosa’s great beaches and everything else close by, but you can still chill in the fresh air.
The houses usually have heaps of land, so everyone feels connected to nature. It’s is nice and green. Living out there is awesome, but it can also mean some weird plumbing stuff. Because a lot of places have their own septic systems, tanks for rainwater, and all sorts of things, some unique problems come up; tree roots messing with pipes & low water pressure are pretty normal.
