Hot water quotes are always free. For other plumbing and gas work, there’s a minimum 1-hour charge of $165 (inc GST) during business hours. Outside business hours, or if I need to rearrange booked work to get to you, a callout fee applies depending on the time and day, and I’ll always tell you exactly what it is before I come out. For jobs further out, travel may be added, and I’ll let you know upfront. For straightforward jobs I can usually give you a price over the phone, and for bigger jobs you’ll get a clear written quote before I start, so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you respond to urgent jobs?
