Our hot water service was leaking badly, it was over 20 years old so knew it required replacement. Contact with Damien, after search on google for local plumber was extremely professional, pleasant with prompt texts and all our queries answered. He gave us a pensioner discount and his quote was itemised and clear. We accepted and installation was the next day. Damien was very approachable and did a wonderful job, showing us why our old system failed, rusted out etc. After a few hours of his hard work, we had a new system and running hot water. We had complete faith in his abilities and would highly recommend his services, he is truly a nice bloke.

Having lived on the Sunshine coast for almost 26 years we have found Damien at last.
He is a wizard at many facets of plumbing and also a sincere honest gentleman.
He quoted on Friday and installed the required tap on the Monday morning. Turned up on time.
The task involved running a new pipeline to the outside of the house and he also found a fault with our rainwater tank and fixed the fault. Barry and I were recommended Damien by Friends and neighbours and are so pleased.

having just moved into a different house we didn't like the style of mixer taps in the kitchen and laundry so we contacted Damian to arrange him to change to a style of mixer that we liked and we also had Damian moved the taps for the dishwasher and washing machine from the rear of the cabinet to the front of the cabinet for easy of access. So i made a phone call to Damian this morning after saving his number from a previous post on the facebook Aura page. Best thing i have done all week. After suffering low water pressure for the last month i gave him a call. Damian was very helpful on the phone and told me he would pop around same day.
